Honouring Our Heritage. Creating Our Legacy.
The UK’s First & Only Network For Sikh Property Investors, Landlords & Developers
To The Generations Before Us, We Thank You
From factory workers, bus drivers & shopkeepers, to railroad workers, market traders & cleaners; our collective journey shares a humble beginning. The leap of faith taken to move to brighter shores, in hope of a better future laid the foundation for us all. It all started with that first property, acquired through sheer hard work, persistence and determination. The address from where it all started will differ, but the destination remains the same. All stories lead to the Sikh Property Network and our journey continues together…
Coming Soon…
All good things take time. We’re currently busy developing the UK’s first and only Sikh Property Network bringing together property investors, landlords, developers and industry specialists nationwide. It didn’t exist; so we created it.
Stories Of Loved Ones, Never To Be Forgotten
“Arriving in Southampton in 1956 at 124 Derby Road, Sarban was a railroad worker with British Rail. With Sarban sadly passing in 1966 in his early 30s, his wife, Harbans (Harbie), worked multiple jobs including as a cleaner to raise her four boys; they eventually went on to build a successful property portfolio in the area. Both are now gone, but their memory will live forever in our hearts.”
— Sarban Singh Sahota & Harbans Kaur, Southampton.
Arriving in Birmingham in 1971 at 124 Derby Road, Sarban was a railroad worker with British Rail. With Sarban sadly passing in 1966 in his early 30s, Harbans worked multiple jobs as a cleaner raising 4 boys eventually going onto build a successful property portfolio. With The Values Of The Past, We’ll Build For The Future
We only stand here today due to their unwillingness to ever lie down. Day after day, year after year, those before us sacrificed everything for a better life. Let’s make them proud.
The Story Is Still Being Written, Now It’s Down To Us
Chapter by chapter we write our story and it’s still being written everyday. We’ll organise events, seminars, dinners and meet-ups so Sikh Property Network is truly one of a kind in the UK. Despite the lack of a connected group so far, Sikhs have already achieved so much within the property sector, already becoming the largest property holding minority nationwide. Let’s continue to make this story a good one…
We’ve Come A Long Way, But There’s Still More To Do
Sikh Property Network will connect property investors, landlords and developers with access to the best property deals, funding, solicitors, accountants, tax/financial advisors and more from within our community nationwide. Everything you need in one place. Let’s grow together.
What Will We Leave The Next Generation?
We’re often told that “life is a marathon not a sprint”… We believe it’s a relay. To pass the baton onto the next generation is not only a privilege but a responsibility we must uphold. By keeping the spirit of community alive through the stories of those before us and subsequently our own, we allow those after us to walk confidently in our footsteps. Let’s also give them the gift of community and a network they can depend on.
